The smell of baking veggies in the oven. Xmas carols playing in the background. Kids reading playing board games. Hubby home who did ALL the cooking. Post thanksgiving workout in the bag! — Seriously I have so much to be grateful this year. Yesterday was AH-MAZING! — But one thing this morning that I'm grateful for is the attitude of motivation to move!! Feels so good to stay on course with my boot camp despite holiday celebrations. My workouts give me energy and balance life … and damn it feels good to work off some of that incredible meal we polished off for our feast! Can't wait for the leftovers today!! … now… time for Black Friday shopping!!! Who's shopping where today??!! Tell me so I know where to look!!
