This Friday for #WHYYC we’re excited to feature our beautiful friend Jessica (@jesse_yyc_yoga)! “My name is Jess and I teach Yoga & Spin at @hotshopyyc Varsity and Silverado and I am also finishing up on becoming a RMT early 2018. During my studies I have been inspired to combine my two loves: yoga massage. I have been incorporating my massage techniques and knowledge in my current yoga classes. In spin you can bet I will get that booty rockin beats bumpin. May 2017 my new program and website Touch Release will be launching. #YYC has a HUGE fitness community and it’s ever evolving and growing.
