ON THE FIRST DAY OF FITNESS, MY TRUE LOVE GAVE TO ME…. The following activity “the 12 Days of Fitness” stemmed from an activity that is in my PE Christmas Games and Activities- “Holly Jolly Fun” product. The activity needed some good old “Christmas spice” so I developed some graphic signs that can be placed in a visible area of your gym or classroom for reference as the activity plays out.
