Slightly amused at how my breakfast looks like a hot tub for the gingerbread man and penguin . I promise it’s just #ChillyOats frozen raspberries Sweet Freedom #ChocShot and a mini MilkyWay though . Yesterday I uploaded a full day of eating to my YouTube channel. You can watch the video through the link on my profile @balancednotclean – my vlogs have a particular focus upon binge eating recovery as I feel being more open on a personal level through video will help me to overcome it. Being told that the videos are already assisting you is amazing. . Happy Good Friday too – whether it holds religious significance or not to you I hope it is a day where you can spend time with the people that matter most to you . My own plans for today revolve mostly around spending time at home with my family however I will go out to the gym this afternoon to train shoulders now my left one has recovered from its vaccine experience .
