Haitian Heroes-one thing I remembered from growing up was when we had that Haitian/ Black American Rivalry was that it built up allot of pride/toughness among both sides…it lasted a very long time, but everyone really thought they were better than the others,I had black american friends also,allot of those guys were related so if you had a problem with one of them, you had to deal with everyone,I really didn’t want to deal with that.The Swan family was one of the biggest but their were others.
